Had a panic yesterday. Got in the shower and the water was hot but the pressure very weak. I couldn't work out what would cause a drop in pressure but would still let the boiler function.
Turned out to be a burst water main in the area.
I had the same thing the other day - turned out I had left the tap on in the sink next to the shower. In my defence it was very early...0 -

Happy birthday!
You'd better start planning ahead for something spectacular to do on your 60th!Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

To minimise long term disability. I can walk about 50 metres.but gait is odd. Arm/ hand has some movement but cannot do anything functional . Speech and reasoning good . Continent( another blessing) mouth a little down so I am in quite good shape and feel very lucky.0
