Its all a bit in limbo, I'm waiting to see if the suggested surgeon is up for it, then of NHs funding whatsit people are up for it or not.and if they are its their timescale.

Bit on topic, but is anyone else noticing loads of sales? I'm being bombarded by emails from shops about sales .....seems never ending.

While I looked at things like that, it was more to dismiss tiny houses than to choose biggest ones.... I'd use it if I couldn't decide between two houses, as part of the "final decision/comparison" to come to a decision. I know this one's got good sq footage (10% bigger than next door) ... but it's not just about size. But it is a factor, sometimes - and a nice to know.

Mine was £287/square foot. £3,100/square metre.

Yes - me too. And I logged went to the M+S homepage yesterday to log in and check my credit card balance - they were advertising a sale. I'm not sure whether it is the end of the last one or the start of a new one? I was last in town a couple of weeks ago and it was final reductions?

Update - needed to work out which experiment some data had come from. Couldn't find it. :mad:
