No. I can't see a floorplan on rightmove. Can see the study in the description- no picture of it.

Ah ha. I was on the 'EA that isn't an EA' website. Maybe that's it?

Or maybe I'm just imagining it

I couldn't work out how to search for the properties on that website!

[critical mode]Would be better to show the floorplan on rightmove and add a picture of the bathroom. There are quite a few detached houses at your price point. [/critical mode]

[np mode] it looks very well presented for a quick sale [/ np mode]

It wasn't exactly easy (you'd think Beeny would know better?) - you have to click on the 'arrange viewing' tab. I guess they figure everyone just looks on rightmove or zoopla?

Not a typo this time :)

'Overview' page (has nearest schools etc)... bottom rh corner? It looks like it fits the house to me, anyway!

Edit: that must be where sc noticed the study too.

I see it now. Has it been there from the beginning? Or has it recently appeared.

Floorplan is now on RM. But it definitely wasn't this morning. The floorplan tab appeared when I refreshed the page.

    Glad it's there now. :)

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Had a bit of a cold the past few days but starting to feel better. Still a bit head achey, and not much appetite.

Applied for the dream graduate job yesterday and got invited to do one of those situational judgement tests (not a big fan of them) which I did this afternoon. Apparently my 'behaviours and characteristics' match what they are looking for! So that's good. Say they'll be inviting me to the next stage soon. So I feel good about that. Only down side is that it starts in September 2015 which doesn't really help me much now. Saying that, I think it would be quite nice as the pressure really would be off and I could do anything between now and next summer and then take the summer off to do a bit of traveling go to some festivals etc :)

Other than that nothing new. Going to try and get an early night tonight and hopefully feel better tomorrow.

    Good luck masomnia. :)

Have replied to the NP who emailed me. Now need them to make a decision or two and get back to me. You know who you are. ;)

I can see the floorplan on RM now.

Puzzled. It doesn't match the picture of the front of the house. In the picture there is a window next to the front door, its not in the floor plan?

You know my house better than I do. I didn't notice that but the whole of downstairs looks a little bit odd. The little window is at the bottom of the stairs, so easily missed, I guess.

I have asked to have the total square footage added as it was on the ipad he showed me yesterday and it is crucial for comparison to any detached house as price per square foot is considerably lower.

The pain seems to have hit a plateau at a point where it's quite annoying but quite bearable too.

I'm really trying to get some fitness back and that's yielding some great results. I'm down to sleeping 8.5 hours a night now and I can run for the train without needing to have a nap at work.

    Getting there.

I really love my new hat.

I really love your new hat too - I have SERIOUS hat envy! :rotfl:

I'm so glad that the pain is bearable now, though of course any chronic pain isn't a barrel of laughs. :( Well done on the fitness! :j  (though possibly beer other than in moderation is counter to fitness ;) ) Good to hear you're less knackered too, fab news you don't need a nap after running for the train. :) I'll keep on Vibing for you though - for less pain and yet more energy. Dodgy hugs if that's OK. :grouphug:

I think it's prob a window into the cupboard under the stairs? My parents had similar in the house on The Wirral. Or looking more at the floor plan, maybe a window onto the stairs - the sill is higher than the others on front of house.

Edit: cross posted with Doozergirl concerning window
