Dammit. Got on the wrong train. Am now in some hell hole out past the airport somewhere. Balls.

I wish I was on a train. Doozer thinks he's in The Italian Job today. Earls Court Road
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
  • There's a place called Balls Head, just outside Sydney....

I've been to Hel, in Poland (got a return ticket, obviously....)

I've also been to Armageddon, in Israel. It's a lovely, charming, interesting and peaceful place. Called Megiddo in modern Hebrew.

Haven't been to Hel nor Armageddon, but on the way to Lithuania, we drove past - or saw signs - for Wankum (just past Dutch-German border) and Pizdry (Poland).

I've been to Hell and back several times, I used to live near there.

Edit, thinking about it, I have been by boat, and never paid the boatman.

NP thread now having an impact on dinners here

The only time the NP thread had an impact on my menu was when PN mentioned one day she had a fish finger sandwich and I thought I'd like one too. :)

No, I'll never get a doggy.

    Ok...I misinterpreted this post then
He just goes out of his way to sit beside/with me and curls up by my feet.
Couldn't deal with all the cleaning up after it, nor the walking, not to mention the cost: buying, vet, feeding, illness, insurance, things it destroys ... and having to consider its wellbeing when I go away for 3-4 days at a time (e.g. kennel costs too).

It's still cheaper and less hassle than a wife though!

PS: I just read Spirit is in hospital...Get well soon Spirit + extremely dodgy hug...

    Very annoyed.

Just turned out a cake from a decorative pan and the 'petals' of the sunflower remained in the tin. So now its just a big lump of cake. Grrrr.

Icing hides a multitude of sins. Or so I found when I made the kids' birthday cakes.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
