Amazon are selling The HP Deskjet 1510 All-In-One Printer for £29. Same price in tesco.
Rather unimpressive printer plus flat bed scanner that will cost a fair bit to run. But it does what you need and only costs £29.
Thanks.PasturesNew wrote: »If/when I get a printer I want a wifi one, so I can stick it in another room, out of sight/out of the way - it's an ugly pain in the butt to have it permanently connected to the PC in the living room.
Oops. Forgot to mention need it to be wireless so all three of us can send stuff to it.Guess what was on the screen - the NPT 9 :rotfl:

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

How did the phone know? There's no way it can know. I email my sibling through gmail, my phone line/Internet are with BT, I have never programmed ANYBODY's name into my landline, my mobile phone is with vodaphone, Sibling was calling from her landline.
How ... did ....it .... know?
Have you got caller ID as part of your BT package?
Either something like that or you've got a very smart phone or a sibling with some exceptional powers!0 -

No idea.
Or (from a quick google... can you tell I'm trying to avoid something?) perhaps it's a setting sibling has on their phone - I think sometimes you can set your phoneline to show your number/ a name to others.
It would confuse me a lot too, however it's happened.
Edit: got to check - your sure it wasn't your mobile, right? (that's the kind of thing I would do, which is why I ask).0 -

Or by pure coincidence the previous owner of PN's phone also knew Betty? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
I'd freak and pull the phone out. And call someone who'd know that sort of thing on the mobile.0

Fir and I drove to pick up RP today with the dogs in the car. I hopped out to drive RP's car home.
Its the first time kiwi has been in the car with fir but not me, and he SCREAMEd. Though whether he missed me, or dog dog had told him about the time she and fir went out in the last car and nearly didn't come home, or perhaps because they were listening to last word about iam paisley...its not clear which up set him really.
Its not a long journey, it didn't even occur to me tbh, he would be upset by that.0 -
Poor little kiwi
Hope he's feeling better now.

The laptop has my data and analysis software on it, and today I decided to face starting the reanalysis I've been putting off (I took another holiday in the office today).
Yay! Go Nikkster! :TIdentical twins share a placenta.
Not always. Fraternal twins always have a placenta each. Identical twins sometimes have one each and sometimes share. LinkThe type of placenta is determined by when, in days, the embryo randomly splits into twins following the fertilization of the egg (conception). Twinning within the first four days results in dichorionic or separate placentas similar to those found in fraternal twins. These identical twins have the lowest complication rates. Twinning four or more days after conception will lead to a shared or monochorionic (MC) placenta. Between four to eight days the MC twins will have separate sacs of water (diamnionic) despite a shared placenta, but after eight days they will also be in the same sac (monoamnionic). Diamnionic monochorionic (4 to 8 day split) twins are the most common placental type for identical twins,Or by pure coincidence the previous owner of PN's phone also knew Betty?
