What or who is a Super Boomer.
This thread is speaking in code. Furren.
English and swearing I understand.
There's a (trolling) thread about them in the debate forum

There's a thread on the debate board about them:
Often carefree, cash-rich and keen to hang on to their youthful vigour, Britain’s over-50s have been dubbed the ‘Superboomers’.
Wealthier, healthier and more active than their predecessors, a report says this generation are leading subtle shifts in society.
Having climbed the career ladder when the economy was booming, this group has a respect for life experience and the insights that come with age, it is said.
Wheez, all those people suggesting kitchen fitters and ways to deal with finances, pfft, I say to them. Pffft. Sugardaddie site is the kind of top quality advice a single gal needs:D.
So tell me, have you had many dates with the over 50s, or have they all been nubile 20 year olds, Wheez? just need the man's perspective on that one.;)0 -
What is picture 6? I can't work out if it is a corridor or meant to be a room.
That kitchen looks over-fitted. So many cupboards and nowhere to eat.
Dig this kitchen for a brand new extension/corridor.

We did the house next door. The guy doing this one sat in the window wolf whistling at women. He'd already started when we did and we were out within three months - a year ago. We didn't build an extension - they aleady had the typical terrace extension with kitchen and upstairs bathroom - the house doesn't warrant it, plus it's useless. It's just been finished! He was employed by the owner to do it, so it's not a DIY job.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

It's not a pretty house, it would be a renter. I think, and I said the same as you, that long room is between the hall and the kitchen. It looks as if they have shoved the kitchen to one end to 'create' another room. Looks rubbish, but it's functional.
I'd normally expect that ( if it has no faults) to go for 130k.
What rent could it achieve? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
What rent could it achieve?
Around £600.00 per month. It's difficult for London/Herts folk to comprehend, I know.
Fix at under 5% would see a mortgage covered. It's more that it is underpriced and a presumption that the area is going to improve, based on the new bridge, which is generally thought to be helpful, + it has been announced in the last two weeks that Halton residents will have free travel over the bridge. Runcorn generally is improving already and it 'feels' as if there is more of a positive vibe around. I know 'feels' is nebulous, but I've always been good at picking up on that kind of thing at an early point and it's been something I've been aware of for about a year, shops appearing, places looking a bit smarter, houses been done up, that kind of thing.
Biggest downside is having been out of the rental market, I'm not sure if the area is saturated with properties available to rent.0
