Hope you feel better again quickly.
I will, I 'm going to think about what I can eat. I 'm usually very careful and restricted but I think I might actually have forgotten after the pollen incident, which means I last ate yesterday afternoon ( I ate chilli then, mind you) . I certainly haven't written anything down today.:o0 -
Yeah, hungry, I'm munching an apple

OH says he thinks it is a rebadged Toyota Aygo...there is some EU rule that across the range car manufactureres have to have an average (something technical) .. rebadge a very small Toyota and bingo...compliance.

Similarly, my mum had endometrial cancer. When it was diagnosed, the GP told her not to worry about it because at her age it would be slow to develop and she'd "have plenty of time to die of the other things before it got serious", which indeed was what happened.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

I have to so a load of silly exercises which make me look even stupider than normal but physio was very pleased with the knee. She did decide to do some deep tissue massage which was more painful than the original injury ever was an my leg is in turmoil today!0

Hope the physio has the desired result, even if it's painful for now, and hope it's not as painful next time she does it to you.Do you know anyone who's bereaved?
