    the Israel /gaga situation .

I suspect a typo, but can't help thinking of the aptness somewhere.

For every argument I hear, I can find a counter argument. Far too complex for an 'outsider' to be able to consider all the angles,t he history.

Fir is working again. Humph. He made us a beautiful fruit plate but it was far too big.

    Its extremely hot today.

When we came back from being out fir let the dogs out and gave them some really excellent bones, best we've had for ages, and kiwi was delighted, but kept looking around for me, ( I was hidden in the front garden) Eventually he gave up, climbed into front garden ( over the gate, a particularly annoying habit of his) and ran to the car which was on the grass for us to unload of less than half price things ( I didn't even know that place had a bargain corner before today.....!). All the doors were open and he jumped in looking for me, whining and crying, then looked round it and under it for me.

Then he saw me on the other side of the garden, went from zero to scooty bottom top speed and leapt into my arms.

I am some what touched that some one loves me more than they love a bone.

    Email again:).

Be charming. Explain restriction and that you have already given previously allotted number out and remain without landline while the main contact for your parent without full capacity of her own in a care home.
I did that, about 5pm yesterday.

One thing with having neighbours is you can't help but hear their business.... neighbour's on the phone to people she knows and giving them information and telling them to Google it to find out more .... as they've not got any broadband whatsoever (no landline either possibly). You can only overhear so much - and I wasn't going to get the ladder out and lean over and ask :)

...unload of less than half price things ....
Those are as rare as hens' teeth. When I look, it's expensive things, reduced by 15p, in the main. Most stuff gets snapped up long before the reductions get close to half price.

Years ago you could find stuff.... now every website's telling people that there's some cheap stuff it's no longer available unless you're lucky or have spent months fine-tuning it down to an artform.

Then 5 pm today seems a good time to do it again. Fwiw I find am a better time to do these things because they have the day ahead to address it.

Charming apologetic pester is a good way to start these things, for me.

I was really excited. Other wise our home bringing stuff was pretty sad. We wanted to fill some gaps in the borders. But......everything seemed very expensive or just.....not what we want.

The less than half price stuff included a rose that's been on our list since we moved here, in fine condition!, two white hydrangeas, which will fill part of the white boarder, a smallish white clematis, likewise, a clematis which looks like the winter flowers clematis I like, so i can put that in the corner at the back we are ready to start filling.

Um, a little verbascum I have two of the variety already and love, so this will expand by little clump.

Oh, and a French tarragon for non RP, who wants one.

Did you email again to Gavin or to your contact? I would email Gavin and tell him that previous efforts have failed.
