I know the feeling well. It's amazing that no one cared for the last 7 years how we kept our house but now we own one both sets of parents and other assorted relatives want to come round and stamp their mark on the place. All I can say is that a lot of stuff is going in the loft!0 -
New Jack theory book, was he a she?

I would like a Miele with a chequered history.
I am loath to buy brand new after our second hoover was stolen.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Check it for wasps nests first!
seeing as how we're the only regular Surrey contirbutors, I just thought has anybody heard from Wheezy recently? Since he got his job with the internet-hostile employer he has become a rare visitor. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

DW has some sort of underwear OCD by proxy - DKs all have at least 100 pairs each (possibly more) and I suspect many are too small having never been worn but they can not be thrown/given away - as a direct consequence all our chest of drawers have broken draw bases from overloading and jamming in
However, it is all right, apparently I am the one with a problem because I grew up with fewer than 20 pairs at any one time and when I threw them out as too small they probably looked slightly worn rather than brand new.

I really shouldn't like marmite - I use a bit of stock cube when cooking veg, but I never add salt to food whether eating at home or out (pepper is another story). But I LOVE marmite. It would come with me to a desert island, I'd work out how to make some kind of toast.lostinrates wrote: »Don't worry. I'll never force a hug on you. It probably says more about me tbh. That was the best way I could show PN how much I'd enjoyed spending time with her and thanking her for welcoming me into her home. I should have been more considerate0 -
I should have been more considerate
Awesome people don't need to be considerate all the time
I was (more than) a bit "non stop chatter"...... but I didn't feel nervous/twitchy or anything with you around. You're easy to share space with. I was relaxed in your company and enjoyed every minute of your visit.
The Fashion Police have called - and wondered if I have a forwarding address for you as they've some paperwork to serve.0
