Got up this morning expecting today to be an NSD - then I heard the window cleaner at work, and this is the first not covered by the advance payments I made a few months ago !! I normally bob out and pay while he's cleaning, but decided to wait and see if they'd do payment collection tonight or tomorrow night.
No-one's been round yet, and it's normally about 6pm when they come for money - so I think it's safe to say it'll be tomorrow (which is already a spend day as car is in for service & mot, plus I have the A1di vouchers to use on their last day!)
So today is NSD #1 :T
Tomorrow won't be, and neither will Friday (regular payment going out). Probably do Mr T shop on Friday as well, but if garage needs to keep car overnight the shop may have to shift to Saturday morning.......Cheryl0 -
NSD #1 for me today :T
Late night so OH bought a chippy. Loving the fact that he has his spending now, if it were a choice for me between having an NSD and spending on a chippy, I'd be happily eating beans on toast right now! He wanted a treat so it comes out of his spending and he runs the risk of running out later in the month (probably not true since chippy cost £4 and he already gets £70 more spending money than I do!!). Still - I think it's a win!Debt Free I FFEF I Building Savings I 2025 Plan:- Regular Savings £7,400/£10,000

Evening all, sorry I must update my sig. No NSD here yet I'm afraid
Although I mainly stuck to my list today I did get an onion that wasn't on it and cutting through Wilko they had bath puffs for 10p each so picked up two. In short I lost a NSD for 29p off my list. But hey ho, there's time yet. I do need to get some items tomorrow for dinner on fri but they were on list today, just needed to double check the qty required. I must look at my rules for this going forward. XFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Friends, Romans, Countrymen, lend me your ears.....I come to bury Caeser, not to praise him....and whilst I'm here I'll just chuck number 1 NSD into the Cauldron of Doom!
Now for a mosey around the Forum......Igor, tell Hubert that genuine Roman sandals do not have pink stiletto heels.....and watch what you're doing with that sword, you'll have somebody's eye out....One life - your life - live it!0 -

Right,as mentioned last month, have had a very stressful 3 weeks, and the effect of this period is going to last for aaaaages. Not exactly sure how long, but could well be 6-12 months.Financially there is also a knock-on effect,so there will be some serious belt-tightening in the Saver-upper household.
I didn't post much last month, but was keeping count (posted final tally on June thread). While I was at it,I counted up my NSD's since doing this challenge(October).
Well, despite not reachng target in June (life too stressful to plan stuff),since October I have had a total of 93/93 NSDs,so very pleased with that.Sounds like being on target,to me :rotfl::rotfl:.
So,for July,am going to aim for 10 NSDs and at least one
three-in-a-row
