Think I failed after so long of not actually following it or tracking what I spend. It's slightly awkward for me because I get paid on the second/third week of every month, not the first so to me my month starts when I get paid lol.
You got nine nsds out of fifteen, which is still a great achievement!:D
Maybe you just aimed a bit too high?

You didn't, you know, THAT word... I'm a You Need A Budget convert and, as one of their rules says... roll with the punches. Plus, it looks like you know where your difficulties lie, so can work on it.
Well said!0 -

PS. Love the pic - cuuuuuute :happyhearCheryl0 -
Not me. 1st of the month on a weekday = Direct Debits. So I've paid the phone bill (with prompt payment discount applied), and am off out to C0stc0 this afternoon.
PS. Love the pic - cuuuuuute :happyhear
Nor me...although I don't count DD's as they are essential and I have no control over that spending from budget so not a Non-NSD for that reason...
Supermarket stock-up shop done, arriving this evening. Only £48 for £60 something worth of food, not too shabby. And that's our big shop for the month as we have so much left in freezer so should be our biggest food spend of the month
AND paid deposit for big wonderful and extravagant holiday (family wedding AND honeymoon for us:D:D)
AND paid off a debt in full today :T:T:T
So not a NSD BUT a very bloomin' good MSE spendy day!!! :money:
PS: also love the pic - don't like animals generally but that is too cute!Debt Free I FFEF I Building Savings I 2025 Plan:- Regular Savings £8,200/£10,000

Evening, sorry I'm late, took me ages to iron the creases out of my toga, although it has been in storage for a few centuries (last out when Rory was guarding Amy in the Pandorica, kept him company for a bit ( and if I'm the only one who watches Doctor Who I now sound like a right eejit!)Nor me...although I don't count DD's as they are essential and I have no control over that spending from budget so not a Non-NSD for that reason...

Well done in the debt payment :T it's a fab feeling isn't it
Well I'm afraid July has started with yet MORE news in the same thread as the start of the year.BUT I'm stiffening that upper lip and going to aim for 12 NSD
Today wasn't one as I got some baking bits. I might revise my rules as I'm trying to meal plan a bit and use up items for dinners and lunches but sometimes I need a couple of fresh ingredients so I might allows a 'misc grocery' allowance, or a list allowance. Still to decide on that one.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I'd like to join in again this month please. I think I can make slightly more of an effort this time and go for....
15 NSDs
These will be days when I avoid any unnecessary purchases such as eating/drinking out, buying food when I've got food at home and general wasting of money....
Bring it on! And thanks MarmiteStarting 2016 debt-free
