better late than never, have not had computer access for a while due to being at mum's, had a few silly days where I shouldn't have spent but did........am going to start leaving cash and cards at home again next month but finished off the month with 6

Will not say failed as it was a good 'get beck on track' experience and think I have seen where I went wrong

I changed the frosting and made a butter icing with hm strawberry pur!e, and used a bit more rum next time I think I'll use the rum in the cakes, I think it gives a better flavour, although baileys butter icing it to die for.....nom nom

It's what I've been doing myself lately.

I'm glad that you didn't use the f word!Shawn the shark will be disappointed.It's as close as he's had for a nibble this month.

Only a month late, but I've finally sat down to update my accounts with spends since 21st July !!!!

I've lost one receipt I need in order to find what I spent (was a cash purchase), but as I spent on other non-allowable stuff the same day I already have it logged as a spend day.

Finally tally is 14, so despite a lot of potential NSDs being scuppered due to breaking my wrist at the start of the month I only missed my target by 1 :T

Given I only set my target to 15 so that I could reach 144 over the year after allowing for 2 months off to walk the Camino (which isn't now happening until next year), reaching 12 is actually where I'd want to be I'm also on 123 in 7 months, which is an average of 17.5 a month - and way ahead of where I wanted to be by the end of July



Off to do August accounts now, but I've a number of receipts I need to find (and a lot of on-line transactions I need to collate as well) so it could take me a while......
