My son is 13 and he has bedtime at 10pm during the week and at weekends he has his late nights, he can choose 3 late nights a week, one was for his t.v show but that has stopped now so he has 2 late nights, fri and sat and the rest 10pm.... he has to get up at 7.15 for school and has no problems so long as he gets to bed on time:D
