    Eh? What? Pardon?
I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.

    'Cats', he said 'CATS'! 'CATS'!

    Doesn't sound anything likes 'cows'.

Because the majority of Cats (not all) will poo in private and bury their business, whereas Foxes dump anywhere and do nothing with it all of the time.

On the basis of probability when you look at the FACTS it's likely not to be a cat.

    That's why!

    I dont agree.

I have seen cats do it on my lawn, my neighbours lawn and my parents lawn, they then try to scratch the grass/moss(depending on the lawn) over the poo.

different cats on different lawns so on that basis of probability I would say look at the FACTS and its likely to be a cat

ps I have a cat, thought I would add that as it seems the general consensus is that cat owners blame foxes and non cat owners blame cats

Sounds like cats have evolved out of trying to bury it, as the cars around here don't either. I've sprinkled lemon and orange oils around with cayenne pepper and it does seem to have helped. You do have to reapply after it's rained though.

We've got something very similar on the school playing field to deter foxes and yes they do work :)

Are you in the habit of posting the 1st random thought that comes into your head?

Because my opinion is different to yours I must be crazy! Only explanation!

Cats outside can get hurt. The chances of it occurring are greater in urban areas. In my opinion, if you can't provide a safe environment for a pet you shouldn't have one. Pets are not a right. They are a privilege.

We have already screwed over thousands of cats and dogs by creating far too many of them instead of being responsible and controlling their numbers. Now shelters are overrun and many are left to fend for themselves as strays or are put down. I known this isn't related to indoor vs outdoor pets but it's a good example of how selfish we can be. I see cats running into the road on a weekly basis where I live. I see cats squished into one another's territory and challenging one another daily. It's sad. They shouldn't be "roaming" in those conditions. (In my opinion)

What is it that cars don't do round yours?

Some cats don't bury their mess. One of ours doesn't. Most do though. Also, as someone said before. Don't use bleach. All our cats love it and will attract cats for miles around. Chances are its a fox.

And the opposing view is it is cruel to keep cats in as nature didn't intend them to live indoors and they are genetically programmed to roam free.

I bet it is only the cars that don't have a catalytic converter that he/she is referring too.

Cats dont come on to my lawn to poo but to kill the birds or at least try to .
The current boxes of Lion Poo really are a waste as they don't work and are just an extract of the original product .
