thank you Dusty and Natty. Tardy slip again for me, although in my defence I have been doing many hours flying (results are varied due to a wrestle with the wretched BD this week) once I actually FINISH some tasks I will come back and cross them off.

Just taking some R&R time to think of some nice recipes for a marathon late night cook session with DD1.

    Back soon
The cold never bothered me anyway

    Good evening all!

I've got loads done and my living room looks the cleanest and tidiest it has in a while!

Still have a few odd bits with no homes but the windowsill of doom is all but done - only one small pile of stationery typre things are on it now, apart from the stuff that's meant to be there (candles and my cast iron flying pigs!)

My exercise will not get done today, I'm having an enforced day of rest as two days I pulled a muscle in my thigh. Last night I went ahead with exercise and have made it worse and now it's come up in bruising over it and might be a little swollen. So tonight no exercise but I feel virtuous thanks to all my cleaning :D

Oh and the recyclingfrom the spare room - which was a couple of boxesand some packaging - I took it out then wondered if I could make some kind of maze or toy for the degus from it! They'll chew the cardboard through in seconds, but it would be a nice treat for them so I'm going to give that a go now sat outside in the last bit of sun.

Not going to get to windows or switches, but I think they will come up another week.
I WOULD like to get to paperwork, it's a massive frog and is stopping me sorting the spare (animal) room. Even if I just made a start it would be good. so we'll see:T

Sounds like you're doing great, LC!

Honey. Bear and lamewolf I'm happy to extend into July (I could use more time myself!) if someone will take over for the last 2 weeks while I'm away?

Managed to get a grocery shop, with my £10 off and got my 10p off per litre fuel voucher :T so I filled up the car too! Fridge is restocked, lovely chicken and bacon salad had for tea, and the littlies are now in bed.

I actually went out for lunch today, a colleague is leaving next week so we had a farewell meal. Some of us has worked there a long time (18yrs! But I only started when I was 4 :rotfl:) so it's a big thing leaving a lot of good friends behind. Anyway, good food and reminiscing was had.

I do feel really overtired at the mo *lightbulb moment* I ran out of my iron supplement last week  I'm working from home tomorrow so might pop to chemist on my break. I was thinking I was coming down with something, but I bet that's what it is!

Anyway, that is my excuse (plus working) for not flying other than tidying dinner things away and sorting DD packup. Oh and the bin is out.

I will do better tomorrow... But since I almost fell asleep walking to fetch the kiddies, I'm prescribing myself an early night!

Fingers crossed Valli - Up for some flylady supply this summer?

    I now have two jobs:T:D:cool:

I have reverted to my 0.6 contract (doing what I'm qualified to) and now have a (temp) 0.4 contract to be a TA. With the class I've had this year so I'm thrilled as they're lovely. And the teacher is too.

Yep - can supply on here:D

Confession time. We have a lamp table in the living room with 2 drawers in it (full of stuff) so its heavy to move. Pulled it out and found one of those plastic hangers underneath that you use to put baubles on the christmas tree!!!!

So, paid stuff this morning. Living room dusted hoovered and decobwebbed. Washing dried, folded, ironed as necessary and put away. Doggie walked and parcel taken to post office. Just about to start on a bit of finance spreadsheets for half an hour.

I am another in for an early night tonight I think. Oh and no paperwork done for the voluntary job - again. :(
