Is anybody else's DC into looms, my DC are. Between making them and watching you tube videos on how to make . Finding the looms all over the floor .:)

luckily my DD is not remotely interested in making these - but there are literally hundreds of loom band bracelets going around her school, so loads of kids must be beavering away at their loom bands every free moment they have.

Yes, I've literally just got back from the shop with DD to buy more. The Works and Poundland stock 99p bags of looms, I am wearing a pretty one now.
DD makes bracelets and sends them to her cousins in New Zealand and Oz and vice versa, so it is a very expensive hobby but very sweet. My husband wears them to the office, I think it's become quite trendy amongst dads to wear your child's bracelets..0 -
Yes - both my 12yo and my 5yo are obsessed with making them. My youngest has just learnt how to do a fishtail one by herself.
Both schools have banned them though.0 -

my DSD (10) loves them and I think it's a great wee hobby, very cheap and it works wonders for her concentration and dexterity. a million times better than the ipad or tv!0 -

don't get me wrong, i'm not bashing it at all - its just i know, like others have said, i'd be finding looms all over the house.
