    Ha Ha Ha

Mine hasn't arrived, wonder if it has something to do with my snotty emails.
  • Any results yet? Good? Bad? Ugly? I opted out.
  • It looks good, it actually works and eggs taste beautiful!
  • Another gimmick which will be used a few times and then consigned to the back of a cupboard. Kitchens in the UK are stuffed with them:rotfl:
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
  • I hear what you're saying, I never was one for buying the latest turnip shredder or cucumber peeler - after all, I'm from the north of England and I'm tighter than cramp - but this I think might be different. It does away with the hassle (and expense) of boiling up a pan of water for a boiled egg.

This thing is rated at 30 watts which in my book saves me hard earned cash, and after all this is what this site is all about, is it not?

Have you calculated the cost of gas and water used, compared to the cost of electricity used - given that electric is more expensive than gas?
