Eggs in cold water in small lidded saucepan, bring to boil, turn off and leave for 10 mins. Result: boiled eggs at a cost of about 1p worth of gas. How people can be so naive as to put money into this nonsense beggers belief.

try pouring a saucepan of BOILING water on yourself,,,,,then get back to us.....

Personally, I can manage to boil eggs without pouring a saucepan of BOILING water on myself...
Maybe this gadget is useful to those people who can't for whatever reason.

The German brand WMF sell an egg cooker:

I bought one in Hannover as a little present for my husband. Krauts like a boiled egg for their brekkie.

There are lots of egg cookers out there, and have been for a long time. We had one over 20 years ago. I hated it, because it made the house stink of sulphur.

Presumably the "us" refers to you and the other person who have managed to con hundreds?, thousands? of people out of £30 per head.

A years old thread suddenly receives a nonsensical message of support by somebody who signs up to specifically support this "invention".

    Hmm ....................call me cynical.
  • I hope he does well, I would like one.

I think I bought one but never got it either.

Thank you - I probably should. The older I get the more cynical I become - especially reading these forums. :rotfl:
