Rental neighbours causing issues

Just get a fence tall enough to stop them coming in, and a gate.0

Please can we set aside the "racism" baton? It's not helpful. Annie's suggestion was valid and just that - a suggestion.
I agree with CH27; I'd get a fence. Personally, I'd do that anyway even if these issues didn't exist. Mostly as I have a dog, but also to prevent dogs owned by passers-by from 'downloading' onto my garden! Makes it look a bit neater as well, in my opinion.
I would also complain to the Council and the landlord/letting agency. Keep a diary of events, with dates and times, and photos if possible. Also make recordings (can be done on your mobile and uploaded to your PC) of excessive noise (loud music and chatter, especially any after 11pm).
The letting agency may very well BE dealing with the issue - but these things can take time and, in the scheme of things, two weeks is not that long (though it seems like a lifetime if you're at the rotten end of the stick).
If you continue to get no joy, pass the issue to your local councillor and/or MP. Trust me; that'll put the rocket under the council, at the very least. But do give the Letting Agency and the council fair time to respond before you pass it up the chain.
Hope this helps.

I will take action and at least I know where I stand.
Appreciate it.0 -
Also by no means I am racist. I respect all cultures and religions. I just used Polish term in this e-mail, if it was a letter, then I wouldn ever.0

Oh my goodness, didn't know you couldn't mention nationality these days. As it is racist somehow.
Mizzrai was just stating a fact, giving the general overview, along with the "two small boys" "Husband and wife", or is this also not relevant, and against small children or boys in particular. Or heterosexual couples?
I know what you meant Mizzrai, you were just giving a snapshot for us.0 -
Why mention nationality when it has no more relevance (in this case) than hair colour, height, weight, shoe size or a thousand other things?freeisgood wrote: »Oh my goodness, didn't know you couldn't mention nationality these days. As it is racist somehow.

Nothing they have done is a crime.
Trespass can be a civil issue if damage is caused. You would sue the parents, in small claims court most likely.
If you want to stop people being on your land, fence it. If people won't leave your land after asking them to do so, and you don't feel confident using reasonable force to remove them, call the police.
Council for noise. Can take a long time, depends on your council. Logs and recordings are great evidence.
LA will probably never do anything about the noise, except maybe issue a toothless warning. Try contacting the LL direct (name and address on deeds on land registry website most likely).0 -
As soon as I heard the word Polish I lost sympathy, people are PEOPLE, the same all over. I have sympathy for the situation BUT anger for the mention of the word Polish. ALL the Polish I have met are really nice.Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0
