I struggle to buy wood BTD but then again, I live rurally and often there is wood around.
And each to their own - I'd buy wood if I didn't manage to find any to build things.

Just good weather for once so just in from work garden and been in home garden all weekend.
thanks for all the gud wishes.
Birthday was a non-event so I had a duvet day - the rest of the weekend was at least fabby outdoors. Made a couple new beds in the garden and did a whole stack of planting.
Work today was grand a huge 'wild food fest' - all good and nice to be busy first day back.
Hope you're all good.
Moneysaving........meals from stores and a free chunk of plant which was due to be composted so I rescued it.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Working today - out in a bit - 9 hours in garden and some wombles before/after.
Hope you're all good.
I'm on a three day out of the house week only gardening out of here for those days, so we'll see how that pans out. Money will be lessened but hopefully I'll make up for it in my home garden. Almost have enough 'stock' to start some home online selling.
Planted a hazel hedge yesterday (purple) and got in a few more strays from the 'holding area' - all things that have been saved from the compost heap. Must remember to label everything properly so I can sell bits later.
Meals from stores today, washing machine is hokey coke-ying it and the dishwasher is on.
Mr Me has his last exam today for his MSc - one year down, two to go.
Weeded out some nettles last night with industrial strength rubber gloves.
And, no I didn't make soup out of them. Hate the pesky biting Berstewards.
Had brekkie in the garden, hens fed and watered.
Veg beds prepped - although its too cold yet for stuff. Soaked peas and tatties have'nt bothered their bottom to chit yet.
I keep reminding myself we need a regular over 5 degrees for anything to start to grow.
Come on spring.
Banks/etc before work.
Could even write an invoice.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Cheques in the bank for my invoice should take a few days to clear. Now that's efficient.
I also remembered my lunch, and ate it at teabreak. Equally efficient. (not)
Few compost treats came home including a sweet little viola from LabradorTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Hope the duvet day (in lieu of b-day) left you feeling rested!
