I just had FaceTime with my granddaughter and her chicks. Really growing and so cute. My daughter was describing their personalities. I hadn't ever really thought of chickens in that way.
I'm looking forward to your new desk arrival. Wonderful that it came in under what you were willing to spend.
Pulled pork for dinner tonight. I'm waiting for the HM French rolls to come out of the oven.
I'm seriously trying to use up what we already have in our food stores. I dug around in the freezer and found pork loin from 2013! my husband wrapped it in foil and grilled it outside.
It tastes great. That is some serious :money: saving effort.:cool:Overprepare, then go with the flow.

Well done on the dinner - yummy! Freezer surfing is my fave.
Suns out - working from home for a few hours today and then I have a car of wood to unload.
Must think on and research saw horses - I'd like to make another one, ours didn't make the cut from up north.
And I've a whole list of things I want to do this week.

I may attempt some meal planning today.
Had leftover chicken for tea last night as a 'special fried rice' type thing was lovely.
Working for a few hours today then garden/unload car/spring cleaning.
Not sure.

Serious lack of motivation here.
Spent an hour flabbering around on facebook.
Have hung up a wash and retreived the snow infested washing from the garden.
Seafood shells from freezer into a pot on the stove as its on.
When the sun next appears I may unload the mountain of wood from the car.
I've 2 hours wombles to do but so far - nae movement.
Rome wasn't built in a day I guess.
Quite tired today - I blame that tree.
Posted a card to a chum who'd birthday it is tomorrowused some stamps I had saved and a card I got a while back for her. Very cheerful.
Even met the postie.
Done the glass recycling whilst I was posting.
Chooks fed and one egg collected. One's looking a bit 'listing' and as unmotivated as me. I hope she's ok.
Suns out guess I could empty the car a bit.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Car done and in sunshine just before a deluge of snottysleetysna and there's at least enough wood to fill one of the wood bays (around 1m3) maybe more. Three or so more loads to bring home. All needs seasoned.
Perfect timing or what. Still not very settled but will try and put the timer on and do 15 mins
and yes I realise I'm talking to myself
