  • And speaking of fly lady......

    Dear Friends,

This months habit Is taking care of your paper clutter. Do you have any in the kitchen you could take care of? Lets spend 15 minutes decluttering in the kitchen, but focus on the paper clutter. Check the top of your microwave, top of the fridge, and the counter. We all have our hot spots, mine happens to be the counter right beside my side door! So, set your timer and GO!

Now that's not what I wanted to read this morning as I know I stashed all the paper clutter in the utility room. DOH!!

Hey there Beanie I hope you're good.

Reboot the laundry is basically stick a load on every day if you have one. So I check early every morning before I leave and if I can stick a load on I do and then fold up the load on the airer. Means i've got no washing at the weekends. :)

I guess if you are checking it everyday you sort of do it without thinking.

    :D

Hands around white bread chip butties -- its been soggy and cold and I fancied some home made chips :)

Who ever invented these is epic.

  • fish stock put in a bun tray in the freezer. I'll bag it up when frozen.

Tomato (juice) and courgette pasta sauce cooked, seasoned and whizzed up. Just seasoning a bit more before I cool it and freeze. More courgette than tomato but tis amazing what a 45p tube of tomato puree can do for looks and taste. Looks like 4 litres of sauce for around 45p.

    :)

Hey pink68 (do we share a birth year?) nice to see you again on here.

PhD is currently cluttering up under the bed in the front room, its paper days are numbered!!

Todays bargainous plants were three bags of leftovers from propagting work.

    Pulmonaria 'Sissinghurst white'
Digitalis lanata - kinda rusty foxglove
Londons pride (the name escapes me)

I have a bag of the 'scrapppy end bits' of each which should grow with some TLC and so I'll have more bits of stock eventually.
