My flyladying is running a parallel course to her instructions...

OK in my head it's parallel...

This past weekend, we decluttered & cleaned & 'put down some carpet' & are now dehumidifying the scary under the stairs cupboard - which amazingly is very t@rdis like - bigger on the inside and all...

...and then last night I ironed for two hours as the ironing service let us down big time! - have to keep reminding myself that it's a first (and will be the only if it's ever repeated):mad: - mind you as the service only does OH's shirts and nothing else, I'm using all the leverage that comes with having to be OH's maid;););) - and I'm even going to charge him the same rate:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: (plus interest)...

Work done and I'm heading home free wifi - robbed of lunch as colleague was 57 minutes late.

Giggles at maid outfits.......oh you didn't dress up for it, whoops!



So fed up of lateness and stuff of colleague came straight home, spent nothing. Whist this is money saving, I'd hardly call it a treat.

We are in Zone 1 for two days this week, that is the Front Porch, the Entrance area and the Dining Room.
Today you are to sweep your front porch area around your front door. Shake out your welcome mats and wipe down your front door. This makes a huge difference in how your home looks. We have a tendency to neglect this area and yet it is the first thing that people see when they come to your home. The leaves have just started to turn and a few have fallen this week at my house. We are just a little over a week into fall, my favorite season!

Working today - one half hour womble already.

Ooh high five fly lady! I did the passage last night, dining room is on today's list but I haven't long got in from cleaning the church hall ready for toddlers tomorrow so don't really fancy more cleaning! I will wipe the front door though as I did actually notice grubby hand marks on there while bundling the kiddies out of the door for school his morning

Actually better than summer. Like really.

Worked 7 hours of productive stuff.
Eaten store meals.

Nothing else really achieved but that's OK.

Oops, not done flyladying today Will get out the duster, hang on (although to be frank the whole thing needs a complete repaint and there's a pane of glass broken so a duster's not going to make much difference but hey, baby steps and all that :rotfl: )

hey morning all

first off fly lady. not sure I'll get much of this done today as I'm here, then work, then off to DS flat moving in (stuff is in the car).

But here goes.

Dear Friends:

We are going to have a multi room mission today, it might take you longer than 15 minutes to do it, so set your timer for each room and FLY through it!

For the Front Porch, Entrance and Dining Room, put out the fires that are burning in your hot spots. Get rid of the pile of shoes by the front door, get rid of the pile of junk mail and put away the magazines and school papers that are piled on the dining room table

Going to try and get invoice done before work, have a bath and some brekkie finish packing the car, feed hens and mutts and sort lunch out.

All before 9.40.......

Done 15 mins womble work. More to do over next couple days as reporting for the quarter. So need to keep an eye on hours.



Write timesheet today for garden for 24ish hours too. All good.
