    Oh dear Pippi! :rotfl:

:rotfl: :rotfl: RT at your dresser being packed :rotfl:

We've got a dresser of sorts, completely unusable as one because it's so dark you can't see yourself in the mirror in that corner anyway! Currently have laptop perched on it - on top of a big pile of other crap :o
  • Hey chaps happy Monday to you all.

A bit brrrr but bright here. Busy busy busy three day weekend. DS came home and we had visitors too. Topped it off with a trip to Glasgow and skiing last night. Home late but a really fun weekend before dropping DS at train. He gets keys to his new flat on Wed.

Car is still full, I'll go over later in the week.

Hope life is grand. Usual routine today banks, working, etc Will post a bit of fly lady too.

    :D Legs are aching.

  • Straight from flylady

    Dear Friends:

Today is our first day in the Living Room! This will be a short zone. Let's have a detailed vacuuming session. This means to vacuum the room, making sure to get up against the baseboards and to get under the furniture. Please be careful that you don't hurt yourself trying to move furniture. If it is too difficult to get under the couch or chairs then just try to get as close to the base of the furniture as you can.

If you are a new FlyBaby, and still decluttering vacuum where you can. You may have already done this in your Weekly Home Blessing! After you vacuum set your timer and declutter for 15 minutes.

Have fun and don't get sidetracked!

Its also 'weekly home blessing day' which is bascially tidy up day and give the place a quick blast. 15 mins in each room but not sure I'll get to this today. (Didn't get to it last week either lol)

    :D Small steps.

    £22 petrol over weekend.

£31 skiing (only my share DH treated the other shares)

    £12 for lunch out

    £6.50 for reduced bits

Big (ish) shop on Friday £34 but £9 of that was hair dye so only £26 really and had laundry stuff, mutt food and toiletries in it.

Transferred £52 for skiing to card from DH (I paid and he's paying now)

Transferred £200 to DD uni account, DS got £500 last week for flat deposit.

Spendy week or what. Thankfully I've been saving the kids money but it doesn't get any spendier than that now does it, I hope??

Thank goodness for reduced stuff and free wood letting my 'paper money' do its own thing.
