I also received an email questoinaire yesterday for the hair oil to which I replied saying I wasnt taking part in, had never received. Today in the post comes 3 seperate argan conditioners with 2 lots of instructions each which make no sense:huh:. One has january dates, the other 2 february ending today. One one side of the page it says use 6 times over 2 weeks (but the trial is for 1 week), on the other side it says to test at least 6 times over the 1 week trial period. So all together that means to get the questionaire in today I would have to test 3 conditioners at least 21 times!:rotfl:

Maybe something will arrive shortly then to use in retrospect!!

I had an email about a Morrocanoil questionnaire the other day, but hadn't received anything.
Then today got 2 conditioners in the post, with different instructions dated 3rd Feb.
Quite confused..

It did as well - threefold!!! Got home from work to find three parcels, each containing a big bottle of different conditioner (Macadamia, Kerastasin and Argan varieties) and a small bottle or sachet of intensive treatment to match. All instructions confusing too, as other people's are, with contradicting lengths of time and usage, and all meant to have been trialled by yesterday.

Still, not complaining. The Macadamia smells particularly delicious mmmn

All those who got email questionaires from ALBA science a couple of days ago before you got the products...have you gone back and completed the questionaire now youve received the stuff?


I got several extra questionaires earlier in the week and just replied back saying never received this product...but today its like christmas and 3 different shampoos and conditioner treatments have arrived in the post.


Im wondering should I retrieve the binned emails and complete them after the first use of each product or do you think they may send a further batch of email when they require feedback?

Same for me yesterday. I thought I would use the product and then fill in the questionnaire I have received (tho I did not bin it so still in my inbox). I emailed Rebecca again (who sent the questionnaire email) and told her I had now received the Macadamia but only just.

Still have no emailed questionnaires for the Kerastasin and Argan Oil products though.

thanks violetta...Ive retrieved the emails from earlier in the week and they seem to match up to 2 of the conditioner pouches that Ive received today so im just off to wash my hair and then fill in the first questionaire...I'll do the second one on monday


I seemed to receive 3 large bottles of shampoo 2 generous conditioner sachets and a vial of conditioning treatment...so its a lovely stash but its going to take a bit of rotation to get round testing them all.


I must be very friendly with alba at the monent as this comes on top of a facial oil ive just finished testing,facial wipes last month and eye cream that is still ongoing....at this rate if I get no more from them this year its been worthwhile

LEJC, I wish I had received shampoo to replace one or more of the three conditioners I got! The three huge conditioners will last me ages and ages. I also got one large sachet of deep treatment and two reasonably sized vials of treatment non-oily oil (IYSWIM). Was thrilled when I saw the three large Jiffybags on the breakfast bar
