For once I was sooo glad I did get shampoo...ive got so many half empty conditioners and was running very low on shampoo..to the point of actually having to buy a bottle for family use!

I seem to have received exactly the same as you Am a bit confused as to how much of the deep treatment sachet stuff we need to use at a time though.. The destructions say 'a generous amount'....does this mean the whole sachet?? Am thinking it will be a bit difficult to store the opened sachet if there is some left?

Am very pleased with my products from Alba so far this year :j

I used a good half - more than that seemed excessive, and turned the top down to keep some for another time. The metallic-y sachet stayed folded quite well but a peg on it would keep it more firmly closed I suppose. Maybe someone with very long hair would need the whole sachet?

It smells fantastic though

I had received an email about a Moroccan oil questionnaire three days ago, but unlike others I have not received anything yet. Maybe it is due to the reply I gave advising I did not take part in the testing of oil at all.

I emailed much the same straight back to them after I thought I got the email in error and then on Saturday all the products arrived in 3 large envelopes from the royal mail van...that was a couple of days after everone else had suggested they received theirs

After saying I hadn't received anything in a while from ayton clixresearch, I got a really nice lippy yesterday. Looks and feels a bit like the chubby sticks that Clinique do but a different brand. I'd love to know which brand it is as I really like it and this colour happens to my shade as opposed to other lipsticks I've tested in the past.

hi with alba you usually get a paper questionaire with the product...then at the end you get an email you input the paper info onto the email questionaire. i did the baby bath one and got email last night x

I got my email last night too It was my first ever trial with them so I got very confused as to what to expect. Mind you it doesn't take too much to confuse me!
