Well that was short lived. Got an email saying the trial had been cancelled, and then not even an hour later, an email to join the trial again only this time it was full by the time I got there.

I'm a newbie to this forum !
I have been registered with clicks for about a year And recently got my first trial ... Yay !
It starts on the 9th June but I was just wondering how long it takes for my sample to come and how it comes !

Your regular postie will bring it. If it doesn't fit through your letterbox and you are not in, you may have to collect it from the delivery office or, with further delay, get it re-delivered elsewhere.

In my experience, the items generally arrive on the start date of the trial or late. If they arrive late, you will have been reminded to complete the first questionnaire (prior to first use/at first use questions) before you get the sample!

Think this is the same trail I am registered for and my sample hasnt arrived. Dont hold much hope now
