I also keep getting invites for sanitary products from http://www.clicksresearch.com/, everytime I follow up the invititation and fill in the pre-study questionnaire. I get the following message: 'Sorry, you are not eligible to join this study as you failed to achieve the minimum score.'. This is even though I've answered in an 'average' way, e.g, not on any medication, normal menstruation ...etc. Any ideas?2021 WINS: stork recipe book, laptop, TV, Sky Q for a year0

Is anyone else doing the Mascara study? It started 2 days ago and ends this Sunday but I haven't received my sample yet. Have you received yours?

Maybe send them a message saying you haven't received the sample. Then they wont expect you to fill the survey in and it wont impact your score.
I havent had a sample from them in a while, the last one i had was lipstick.0 -
they do respond if you message them xMany thanks to all who contribute on MSE0

You should be able to go onsite, click on the study in question, it should then ask you if you have received the product, just choose no, that should end it.
Usually if you receive it, click yes, it ask for the date received, after you give that it tells you to return when the survey is posted. Hope you can follow what I am meaning.
Also if you click no and the product arrives, you can't fill in the follow up survey.
You shouldn't get any emails saying you are late with the survey.0 -
my computer crashed earlier whilst I had just started s quedtionaire about a product I am testing. I got it going again but I then forgot, I just logged in now and it says I have done it, but I only ticked one box.. I'm worried that I won't be invited to any more beauty testing.. have any of you missed filling one out and if so, what was the consequence? Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE0

I am currently doing trials for factor 50 sunspray stuff and a foundation, like buses they all come at once not that I'm complaining!
Does anyone know anything about click points? On the FAQ's it tell you to click on the incentives account tile but I cannot see that anywhere. I've had a good google and seen plenty people asking the same thing but found only one person in the USA who said they had this option so I'm wondering if we cannot claim any incentive in the UK.He who smiles rather than rages is always

I've just found it. Under my details on the left hand side it says 'unclaimed points' 60. I have been doing this for about five years and you need 2500 points to claim £25 so I guess I won't be claiming anything off them in my lifetime.lol
Still nice to get freebies to try. I have had some lovely clinique and clarins products in my time with themHe who smiles rather than rages is always
