I do find their website really rubbish.. it's like something from the 90's and in my experience noone gets back to you if you have a question.. I didn't know about the points either, I'm going to see of I have any! Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE0

I just stumbled upon this thread... I'm signed up to Clicks Research and haven't received an invite from them in years! I forgot that I had ever signed up them! Lol.0

How weird!
I'd given up with Clix research because I got sick and tired of being repeatedly sent the same questionaires 3,4 or more times after I'd filled in the questionnaire on the website. I would fill it in then get a "we're going to cut you out of the product trials unless you fill this survey in". The last time I just didn't fill anything in.
So when I got email upon email months back asking me to "update my profile" which could never be fully updated because I don't have a holiday home, know people who live on the moon or have a manicure habit (there is no option to say this does not apply) I ignored the emails. I just couldn't be bothered with their lack of help when things went wrong or the countless follow up emails.
Today, I had a eye liner pencil arrive from Clix. I didn't ask for it nor have I applied for anything else from Clix in well over a year.
It is broken; the lead had broken and fell out when I took off the lid and landed all over the floor- so a warning to anyone with a carpet on that one! Pretty useless to me from that position but not sure what they expected from me when I wont be filling in any more surveys because I can't stand filling in 20 following repeats of that survey.0 -
I agree their website is rudimentary and the questionnaires are frustrating.. they should get a good wed designer in to overhaul their site,.. but I have tested some good products over the years! Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE0
