I have just tried to join but it wont accept scotland as a country, can anyone help?

Which company have you just tried to sign up with...alba science or Givaudan?

Alba should accept scotland as a country...I believe they are based in either edinburgh or glasgow.

Givaudan are a french company and they sometimes reject scotland as not english....however if you state that your address is part of the united kingdom then they usually accept that.

I am doing the Hask conditioner and hair treatment trials (Macadamia/Keratin/Argan Oil). Last night I received six questionnaires as expected which I completed. Now, this morning I have received them all again!!!! Aaaarrgghh.....do I complete them all again or just ignore 'em?
  • I received 2 emails yesterday, each with a questionnaire for 2 products. Today I received the same emails for the same tests. I've just returned the one set of answers, but I haven't had a questionnaire for 2 of the products yet which I presume I'll get tomorrow. I hope they aren't always this confusing with their trials!

Hi, is anyone else doing the chewing gum trial?

I had an email on Friday saying my feedback was a day overdue.
Had another Saturday (yesterday) saying I'm two days overdue!

I click on the link both times and the questionnaire is not available till 20th March.

I've messaged them, but no response as yet! 😞

I'm doing really well with them just lately so don't want to jeopardise future invites from them thinking I'm not being responsive 😰

I had a similar problem (probably more than once) when they had sent test samples a little late but I had completed the questionnaires and they repeatedly emailed about not completing them.

Never had a response to either my replies direct to their email or via the site message service.

I haven't had any invitations for quite some time now - although there was one trial available when I last logged on. However as that involved providing before and after photographs I did not want to proceed.

Quite honestly I don't think I'm that bothered if they don't send another invitation ever. They have never responded to emails (eg asking what the item was and where it could be purchased - when the official line is that they can do this (if the product does become available for retail purchase).

I get a lot of emails about being late etc too, but they're just automated so it doesn't really bother me.

I've just finished a trial for a warming face scrub - it's really nice, probably fairly expensive. Was offered one for hair dye the other week too, but didn't take it up, and another for a Sanctuary product that had all gone when I clicked through.

Were all of those from Clicks research? Thanks.

just finished a cleanser wash which was nice but dried my skin using twice a day.... but seems to be ok using every 1-2 days....i love trying new things

I received the temp hair dye. Does anyone know how to apply it please- all it says to to wash and towel dry your hair, not very helpful. Have emailed them three times and no reply.

Just wondering if anyone has had anything from Clicks recently? It's been months since I've heard anything, and they've disappeared off twitter.
