Ooooo it looks like my trial is the other way around! I got two products arrive yesterday, the day cream and the night cream, but I have to use the night cream for the first two weeks before I then start using the day cream too.

I was wondering if any of you can help me. I received my first ever Alba trial the other day. If was a baby bathtime trial. I've used it as the info asked me too but I've never actually received an email questionnaire. I've phoned and left a voicemail message and facebook emailed them but still nothing.
Is anyone else on this trial and not received the questionnaires?

Maybe they are getting a bit mixed up at the moment - I have today received an email with a questionnaire for Macadamia Oil hair product that I did not ever hear about or receive to trial. Maybe the email database is mixed up and your questionnaire also got sent to the wrong person??

Ive been testing a product for alba too...and received the questionaire today along with 2 different ones to you that I havent been testing.

Well they finally got in touch and said that I hadn't received a questionnaire as I had to use the product for 4 weeks. That's fine but they paperwork definitely says a questionnaire after immediate use, after 2 weeks and then after 4 weeks. I guess they changed their minds.
