I'm less than 9 miles away from Harrow, going there this afternoon in fact. But no email for me. Must be too old. (Or live too near!)

Facial was excellent. Started on time, lasted an hour and had a very brief questionnaire to complete. Believe I was invited due my age and skin type, etc. Very happy with the experience.
  • When a trial ends, I thought that we could find out by emailing what brand the product was if we wanted to buy it. I did the normal combination night cream gel and loved it but have no clue which brand it was ! Code started LF, any ideas?
