I've had around 30 trials with Clicks, and more back when it was 'Clix'. Almost all of the products I've had have been full size, apart from a couple of shampoos which have been the full size bottle but half filled. Can't understand why we get full size products when the trials are only for a couple of weeks, but I'm not complaining!
With regards to points, I don't think it's something they've properly introduced. Supposedly you get £25 when you get 2500 points, but I'm currently on 13 so it could be a while...0 -
I have been offered head lice detangling (didn't know head lice got in a tangle!) shampoo on three separate occasions this week.
Do they know something I don't??A chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion0 -
I have a Deep Heat, heat patch to test which ends tomorrow. Thing is it says not to use when the air temp is 18oC or above. It's been boiling hot for weeks so I've not been able to test it. What should I do as I don't want it affective my ratings for future trials. I've messaged them but doubt I'll get a response.0

Just had an invite from Clix - for a 1 hour facial!! They gave a choice of three venues - Harrow, London and somewhere in Surrey. I clicked to let them know that I cannot attend any of those venues *I live in Cardiff*. I also said I was unavailable for the dates specified but I've been accepted for the trial and am expected at a salon in Harrow next week?? Um - won't be going obviously....anyone else had this invite? Besides, I have a slight phobia about having my head/face/neck touched and the thought of an hour....*shudders*All these years since I left school and I've never once had to use Algebra0

Hello, yes, I had the same.
I also said no but it continued to the invite. I shall not be going. The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0 -

I would go to the site when the feed-back survey is due and confirm that the product has not been used. I seem to recall there is a free text area where one can write comments so that should allow you to write about the tempeature.0 -

Wish they'd invited me. Harrow or anywhere in London would be fine and probably Surrey!0 -
I'm in London, I never get any of these sorts of trials for facials or similar! The latest trial they keep persistently emailing me to do is for nit spray! I don't even have nits!!
I get so many emails asking me to click through, quite a few I click through literally seconds or minutes (10-15) after the email has arrived in my inbox but each time I do I find there are either no new trials or the trials they had emailed me about are all filled up. I am at the stage where I am starting to consider not to bothering to click through if I do get an email as I know there is no point.0 -

I thought I was the only one but we are on the same boat. Maybe something is not right at the minute with Clicks.0
