Hadn't had a trial from these since last August, so updated my profile and today I got accepted for a cleanser trial :)

Has anyone else just got the serum to test for Alba? Looks as if its an expensive one judging by the posh red glass bottles :D

I got this one, Lovely bottles, Seems a bit complicated having to mix them up.
  • Anyone else struggling to get onto the Clicks Research pages at the moment? I've been trying for a couple of days now to access studies/messages etc.

I can get on via the trial links but the trials aren't listed.

I've had the opposite poppyseed. Went via the link to a trial yesterday, it was full but found another shown that was available and signed up. Have never received an email for the second one I got on. This has happened a few times before, too.

Seems like they have probs at the mo,but hard to get a response from them.
  • I managed to get on eventually (it just took more patience than I normally have!). I had a survey to fill in, and didn't want the shirty email you normally get if you don't complete on time!

    "Hard"? I've found it impossible.
  • I've sent messages to them several times, and not once had a reply back.
