I just remembered that I was supposed to be getting lip balm to trial, did anyone else never receive this?

I've got a shower foam to trial, and have received two invitation messages for this, which i clicked on as soon as I received them. I was quite surprised that when I clicked on the first message, the trial was already full!!! :eek:

It also says Shower Foam Study (Pole position) and the 2nd invitation is Foam Shower study (Twelve symbols). What does that mean?
