    So does anyone know if we are getting any points, for testing the products? I have emailed them a few times on this matter but in vain. How do you usually contact them and do they reply?

    Does anyone know how to find out who made a product we tested?
    I tested OR26001 Toner and loved it!

    IIRC the terms say that, after a trial, you can be told. However I've asked by email a couple of times and never received a reply. I don't think they can be bothered.

    When I tested a product that started with OR it was an !!!!!!!! product - if that helps any.

    In the new pregnancy survey, there needs to be an option for N/A within the date due - for those of us not pregnant.

    Also, I still have the Micellar Water study on my profile as "in progress" even though it was months and months ago (August I think). I haven't had any invites since then - I wonder if that one remaining "open" prevents new invites.

    I've not had much luck contacting them via the message in Clicks about this - does anyone have an email address that they know is manned and checked?

    try their Facebook page they seem to respond there. They have never responded to me on the site either and I haven't had trial for ages
