Me too, I registered for this trial

and still no received the sample, have sent 2 messages but not received a reply

Not sure whether it is only a select few that receive the sample even though it shows that you are completing it.

Same problem here. I joined STC1402 - OR25280 but never received my sample. Funnily enough there's no questionnaire to complete either, although the end date is today. Am I missing something here?

I am really concerned, been with clix for 5 years and since they moved to the new site all my families trials have dried up. (nothing from both sites for weeks). I have filed as much info as possible, but it just feels like I have been wiped of the database or something.

Hi,
I joined about 2 or 3 weeks ago and have been signed up to 3 trials. One email saying I got cancelled and got another email saying that there will be more trials coming up soon.

I've actually been really impressed with the contact especially compared to bzzagent.
