We have migrated the majority of our volunteers over to the Clicks version, but we cannot guarantee that your data has been transferred.
If you use the email account assigned to the account as the username and the existing password- you should get in just fine. If you have any problems I'll email you accordingly.
Thanks, I have sent you a pm.0 -
Hi, I have two trial studies that I signed up for in the last fortnight, but have not received anything at all in the post. Any ideas? Perhaps they've just not been shipped yet, but it would be nice to know whether anything will be arriving or not.
Many thanks.2nd Purse #036 £46.69/£50.003rd Purse £30.02

Thank you in advance everyone x
Dear friend,
After scouting through their website, it seems as if they do not pay volunteers trialling.
No matter what company you decide to work with, the products you recieve are 'One Off' products and are extremely pricey- so even if you don't recieve a payment from the company, you are sure to recieve your moneys worth of samples.
We have put together a 'Points' system in which volunteers can recieve cash trial by trial. Each trial will be worth a set amount of points depending on the length of the questionnaire. We figuered that if a volunteer was involved in a 8 week study with 4 questionnaires, its worth alot more than a 1 week study with 1 questionnaire.
Please take a look at our new website clicksresearch.c0m' under 'Info' for full details on this service.
If you have any more questions I'd be happy to assist.

Hi Clicks
Yesterday, and also about 10 minutes ago I had a second email, to say that I had not completed all the required questions due for BTS E100373 Night cream. I answered them all them at the due date and also again yesterday and have just done them for a third time. I am concerned that if theses errors keep occuring i will be at a disadvantage when applying for tests . Can you please help?0 -
Hello to the ClicksResearch Team,
One of the problems that never seemed to be resolved on the old site was the inability to complete profile categories when questions were not applicable. This issue seems to have followed through to your new site. For instance, under Demographics you have a question saying, "Employment Position, if employed" however, there is no option to fill if not employed.
"Which self-tan products do you use?" and "Where on your body do you have thread veins?" presume the use and presence of self-tan and thread veins respectively.
There are a few other categories such as Pets, but I do not have the time to list them all now.Wins in 2010: Family ticket to Blue Reef Aquarium in Portsmouth, L'Oreal Extra Volume Collagen Mascara.

Dear Volunteer,
With this trial in perticular, we were requested by our client to add a few more questions into the study so that the questionnaires would match & they could compare.
This is not an error on the system nor an error on your behalf, your results will be counted & there will be no disadvantage.
Hope this answers your questions.

Hi there,
We often had to add & remove profile questions as there was no time-out function installed in our programming. This meant that the database was using (or lingering) old information and caused the 'answered' questions to seem 'unanswered'. With our new software we have a time-out function on questions that we would like to expire.
The profiling section to our new site should be alot sharper- although if you notice any questions that seem un-answerable I'd like to know so I can report them to our administrators.
Thanks to you & our volunteers we were able to re-build our website based on the feedback we recieved. Although we did not have time to answer 100% f the emails, they we're all taken into account.
Many thanks for reporting this.
