I've had a couple over the last 2 months, fantastic face cream and now testing four products from the same range! I've only been signed up for around 3 months.

I'm currently in the middle of a fake tan trial and just joined a hand cream one this morning.

Only Clicks contacts me now (not Clix) and usually have 2 or 3 trials to do at the same time. They're always ones that don't affect the other for example products for feet, face and hair.

The only thing that does bug me is that I get emails saying a trial is coming up and to make sure I've checked certain boxes on my profile but nothing ever comes of those.

I've had quite a few trials with Clicks research but my main issue is that there is never ever any response to my messages or emails - does anyone else have this problem?

I am currently trying to find out my clicks points balance (the points you get when answering surveys) but although the FAQs say its on the "Incentives Account" tile on the homepage, this doesn't exist!

I dont want to leave Clicks but there is zero customer service which is really disappointing.

Clicks can you help?

im having this problem also buy they responded 2 months after i asked about it and just said its there but its not and never gave me a balance

Does anyone know if you can still exit a study/trial once you have accepted it?

I just did a survey and thought I was answering them hypothetically, like if I were to join a study would I be happy for my picture to be used...
But seems I wasn't quite awake yet and have joined a 4 phase face system study that would potentially use a before/after picture of may face on tv.

So is there any way to get out of it?

I would just say I cannot attend.

I have had an email yesterday. They are looking for people who are Spanish/ polish or south American to do a shampoo study.
Guess I will not be invited then?

I have emailed them twice, yet they still sent the products in the mail last Friday. I'm happy to test, just not happy about having to submit a picture, which is the part I changed my mind about!

I guess I'll have to send the items back, just wish I would get a reply to my messages from them.
