On the BRANDS questions there is no options for Not Applicable on :
Question 11. If you use Incontinence Pads, which brands do you usually use?

Also there is no Not Applicable on
Question 15. Please tick which brands of dishwasher products you usually use.

On the LIFESTYLE questions there is no Not Applicable on:
Question 25. If you answered yes to the previous question, is it in any of the following countries?

On the HAIR questions there is no Not Applicable on:
Question 6. Do you have any of the following treatments on your hair?

On the HOUSEHOLD questions there is no Not Applicable on :
Question 2. If you have a dishwasher, which wash cycle do you use?

We're sorry that you've had a bad experience with the alpha version of our software- Once you've been established for over 15 years we tend to have ALOT of profiling questions, so the chances are, some will overlap.

You don't neccessarily have to have 100% complete in order to recieve offers and oppertunities- like I've said in other posts this was one of the key problems 'clixresearch' had.
We have developed 'ClicksResearch' to over-come these obstacles.

The surveys are written by our clients in most cases- so theres no need to slate the middle-man in this instance. The reason they are worded as they are is to make the text as universal as possible- they don't want any source of confusion.

I hope this clarifies a few things & hope you stay with us as a volunteer.

Hi Nicky,

Thanks for this list - this is exactly what we need.
Our administrators have finished for the day but I will make this one of the first jobs for 9:00 tomorrow.

Alot of our questions were migrated from the old website > new website so we need to be sure to clean them up as soon as possible.

I would like to make a constructive suggestion that perhaps the email needs to be tweeked:

"We have noticed while monitoring results for BTS E100373 Night Cream (STC1278) that a number of questions appear not to have been answered."
The wording above makes you think that you have missed someting out. Hope this helps

Hi Clicks,
Just a suggestion but on the 'studies' page can there be a way to remove completed, full & unavailable studies. They just clutter up the place.
Also just a question, when I receive an email about a product test I open the link as soon as the email is received & yet the site then says the study is full. How can it be full within 10seconds of the email arriving? Do some people get the email before others?

Hi there
I found the answer to this on this Facebok page, when its shows "unavaliable " to you
It is when you are already testing a product on the same area e.g. testing day cream and night cream comes up . You can't test both becuse if you had reaction you wouldn't be able to tell which product caused it, and also I presume which results came from which product
