I'm just looking at the new one, how rubbish is the profiling? Repetitive questions and the referencing the question above which doesn't even link. It looks like it's made by someone at school!

Yeah, it's a pretty terrible website =/ I don't know why they moved to a new site, it's not like there's any improvement except a slightly better layout/graphics - the content, log-in system, surveys etc all are still crap! I hate how a lot of the questions don't necessarily have an answer you can select, so it never says you're 100% completed unless you lie.

Just recieved the toothpaste trial, had a look around on the net and it appears to be Colgate Max Fresh Mint with Mouthwash Beads. Used it tonight, it's a strong flavour but cleans well.

I've not had any problems with the new site and get about 3-4 studies a month. Not had anything from the old site for abotu 2 months.

The last two studies I joined, the samples haven't turned up. I haven't moved house, my address details are 100% correct, and I've had loads in the past. So annoying.

Old site been fine for me but big probswith new one.a sample never arrived but the questions remained stuck on my profile since January which meant I couldn't take part in any other trials,so never had a trial with them.been tryingto contact them for months with no luck,just got it resolved with a big apology.now can't log in though except like others through an invite email.never had any problems cosmetic research,been with them for years.

I have just had an email from Clicks ( Clixs) telling me off saying I was late with the 2nd report for the night cream , but it's not due until tomorrow!!!!!.
I can't even access it yet, anyone else had this email?

Yes I got this email too, said the deadline was yesterday. I have just managed to do the report though.
