Im having a similar profile. I dont want to do surveys I want free products. I said I didnt buy cough medicine so have missed a couple out there and I said I didnt have a dog so missed a couple of questions there too, but that's it and it says I still need to update it. Im not impressed.

I lied, its all I could do.

I joined about a hour ago... wow they are tons of questions to get through :eek: I have 3 more categories left to do then the waiting game begins.

*Edit... Scrap that i have 1 more as the other 2 won't go green (Lifestyle, food and drinks) aaargh!!!

I joined this ages ago and haven't had a trial yet - I have had 2 invites but have always missed them by the time I log on - they must go so quickly! Would think if you have emails to phone then you would stand more chance?

I got two emails for what I presume was the same lipgloss trial today. Joined a few months back, this would be my first trial. Their navigation system was a bit weird and I click reset on one of the trials and it removed me from the list

hi, does anyone have a phone number to contact clix research, they keep emailing me to reply about a product i tested but all my replies keep bouncing back to me, and i can't find a contact phone number on the site, thanks in advance xxx

What do you mean by replies bouncing back? Are you replying by email?

If so, then you should login to the site, go to the trial section and one of the tabs should say something like feedback - that's where you enter it on the website.

I have the same problem if I try contacting them through the website. I am using the "make contact" or "enquiry" form at the top and then receive an email saying it couldn't be sent.

I haven't been able to contact them regarding problems with questionaires or products not arriving for the past year.

thats exactally the same as whats happening to me, i cannot contact them at all, oh well, they will probably kick me off now for not replying to them
