Just wanted to ask if anyone else is having problem with submitting the questionnares. I always submit them on time but few day later I am getting remainders asking to do the questionnare and that my status will be affected...I e-mailed them many times and explained but they never replied...
Their customer service is absolutely hopeless...

Yes.

Latest product, I went to the site on the due date for initial questionnaire. Completed what was there (not much). Then a couple of days later receive two emails saying I was 3 days late and needed to complete the questionnaire. Revisited the website and found more questions placed there for the initial questionnaire. So do check whether there are more questions to be answered.

In my experience they never reply to emails. I wonder whether they have staff who can be bothered to read messages written in English.

Can anyone post a working link to the old clix research site, as I have tried my saved link and it will no longer load. I have joined the new site but have had no new trials from the new site, I used to get quite a-lot from the old site. Is anyone else having any issues with the new site?
