Hi,I've just started this trial.To find the photos,log in to your account on Clix,click the My Trials tab and then click on Details.If you scroll down past the ingredients list,there are 5 sets of photos for different areas of wrinkles,forehead,eyes etc.Then just tick the one which is closest to your own facial lines,5 being the deepest lines and 0 the lightest.Hope that helps

is everyone using the old clix site or the new one? I'm having problems with my profile on the 'new' site as it keep resetting my answers when I go back in to check them. the only trial i have had recently was a questionnaire about cider which I think was just based on where i lived so I'm worried i'm being missed out now... have contacted them but no responce...

Clix have never been great but does anyone think they've got worse recently?

I got a trial for self tan spray and was sent mousse instead, goodness knows how I'm going to fill out the quesstionnaire. I was offered a trial for bronzing powder on 3rd March and I still haven't received the product and I'm due to do the questionnaire in 2 days!

Of course no replies to my emails...

I am participating in the self tan trial (I did receive the spray) I was also asked to join the bronzing powder trial too . I haven't received it either yet but on my trial list it says I have joined the trial but it says the trial is still pending so I don't think any of them have been sent out yet.

Has anyone had the email today to update their profile for the underwear trial ?

I only joined last week and got a email from them yesterday morning filled in what i had to it was for eye cream and today it arrived in the post i was so shocked how fast it all happened. Hope i get more trails seems to be a good site so far

Thank you so much - missed the photos completely - not very bright I guess! Not getting on very well with these creams either.

Clix are such a nightmare! I signed up for a trial with 2 self tan sprays and got sent 1 instant bronzing mousse instead. They never responded to my emails and today I went to fill out the questionnaire and its all about the 2 tan sprays so I was unable to do it! I just had to skip through it and put a comment at the end. Really annoying cause it was the first trial I was really looking forward to and I needed some new self tan spray!
