Thanks LadyH, I filled out the questionnaires even though they're late, hope they count them in. I might send them an email explaining that I didn't get any reminders, just so they're aware.

Is anyone have issues with the website? I've been sent an email asking me to log on and add to my details but as much as I can log in fine, every other page sends me right back to the log-in screen and it means I never get anywhere! Does anyone have a contact email for them? #3265

I received an email Friday asking me to take part in a "Political Poll study" but can't find it on this new website. Also I'm going to profile my self on the new one when i can get it to work I'm having the same trouble as you jenniewb,but i'm still going to check the old site, very confusing! anyone got any ideas?

Same, it's really annoying.

Some people have mentioned the new website - what new website? I haven't had any emails or anything about it and when I go to the website it looks the same as before...

I had an email on friday from Clicks Research (different spelling same company) asking me to take part in a (written i think) survey, no mention that it was a replacement site for Clix but it appears to be. I'm sure the site is till under construction because nothing works and i can't find the survey

I have exactly the same problem. Just had to log back in to answer nearly every question individually for a lipstick questionnaire ending today. I have emailed 3 times about it and now getting really fed up with it. To be honest, I can't be bothered with it.

Just accepted a trial for 'hot cloths' - no idea what that's all about as I didn't really read it carefully, but may well not bother doing the survey if they don't sort the website out.

That's one thing that really annoys me about these trials, sometimes you've got to be so quick that you don't have time to properly read the trial details and you end up on a trial you don't really want to be doing. I ended up going on an eyeliner one which I later realised wanted you to go swimming and I hate swimming
