Is anyone have issues with the website? I've been sent an email asking me to log on and add to my details but as much as I can log in fine, every other page sends me right back to the log-in screen and it means I never get anywhere! Does anyone have a contact email for them?

I'm having exactly the same problem & I have a questionnaire to submit.

I have emailed them but am not expecting a reply as they rarely seem to respond to enquiries.

I had this problem, I'd be completing a questionnaire and it would log me out. You can 'solve' it by just logging in again and it takes you to the next page of the questionnaire. Not good really and I find the lack of contact with Aytoun very poor.

Hi, I've received it as well "Powder. Limited collection" says on the top???? I think it's M&S powder...

No pad or applicator for me.... How do we suppose to use?:mad: By finger or what?

Nothing with mine either. I used my fingers but would have preferred an applicator.

Can someone help me with the Alba handcream and wipes trial's please?

I though the trial was going on a bit and just checked the paperwork and saw that I should have been emailed the link for the questionnaire's back on 6th Feb! I've double checked my emails and have definately not received any emails from Alba, does anyone happen to have the links to the questionnaires? It would be very late but I might still be able to input my results.

I would hate to lose out on future trials because of this, can anyone help??
