Anyone doing the Clix cracked heel cream trial?

The first questionnaire was supposed to be yesterday but the website won't let me access it, it still says the trial is 'pending'.

I hate the way they send you a strongly worded email is you're so much as a day late with results but the website is a real pain and can't even be accessed on an iphone/ipad.

I got the email from them yesterday and applied for both the wipes and the hand cream.

I just had an email to say that I had been accepted for both and they are on their way.:)

I've been accepted for both trials with Alba Science, too. :D

I've had that problem with Clix too. Last time it happened, I emailed and (nicely - unusual for me!) told them I could not complete the Q as it wasn't working. They replied and were quite good about it. Also emailed them when my item to test didn't actually arrive until after I was supposed to complete the Q and they were OK about it and I avoided the 'nasty - you're late' email.

Got an invitation to a trial from Clix yesterday but it turned out to just be a market research questionnaire on Omega 3 supplements. Its the first time I've been offered a trial with no incentive whatsoever, has anyone else been offered this?

I got that one too. I decided to be good and do it as I've had quite a few trials where I've got great products. Didn't take that long and will hopefully get me some brownie points. I did get offered a trial the very next day, but didn't see the email come in and it was full by the time I tried.

Is anyone testing the foundation - I really like it and wondered what it is? Can you email them and ask or is it all a big secret?

I just got an email from them this week saying that as I'd done a trial for some conditioner a few months back and asked what it was, they could now tell me (and they did). I had never emailed and asked but I guess I must have said in the Q that I would like to know. Can't even remember it now but I guess I must have liked it. Wish I'd said the same on a recent handcream trial as that was SUPERB (of course, with my memory, I may well have said so and might hear in the future).

That cracked heel cream is an unusual trial - its a full sized product in the actual box and tube it would be sold in so no doubting who its made by at all! Its nothing posh, only Superdrug but still a nice free product to test :)

Yep - that rings a bell (had deleted the email so couldn't remember the name). Maybe a new way of advertising!

That's exactly what I thought when I read your comment.
