I just received my hand cream and wipes from Alba - the hand cream is gorgeous!

I much prefer Alba to Clix, they're far more generous with the products and its nice to get a reminder email before the questionnaire is due, don't know why Clix can't do this. Alba also don't have all those annoying profile questions to keep up to date.

I love the hand cream too, smells fantastic. 3 packs of wipes is a bonus. I agree with you about Clix, sometimes you get less than a quarter of a bottle of some products.

How do you sign up to Alba? I'm a member of Clix, have had one trial so far which was quite generous (two bottles of shower gel for a weeks usage, I used about 1/4 of one bottle over the week!). I agree about the profile questions though, it always says mine isn't completed but only because some questions have no answers that actually apply =/

(edit - found the link to Alba now, I was just searching for 'Alba' and couldn't see anything but found it's 'Alba Science') :)

Do Alba give you the details of the product after the trial if you ask? I'm in love with the hand cream already and would love to know who makes it!

Let us know if they send you message, is it possible to know what brand is it...
  • I've just signed up to Alba, I haven't had much luck with Clix. What are Alba like in terms of contact? Are they regularly in touch?
