Hi there is a new freebie site called clix research clixresearch.com. signing up and taking part is for free, receiving the products for free, too. after you tested the products they ask you to complete questionnaires-thats it. I tested it when I lived in UK and unlike other websites they will never charge you for anything. according to their facebookpage they have a suncare trial with suncare products coming up soon. I already signed up for it, cause it saves a lot of money.:j

I think I need an advice about Clix research. I joined a trial for some powder last Friday the 3 February but still have not received my sample yet. I checked my account and it shows as I am already participating from today the 7 February. What should I do? What is the best e-mail to contact them about it? I used their invite e-mail but do not think its what I need. Thanks

They are notoriously difficult to get hold of by any means. Usually the product does not arrive until the day stated, so it may just be a day or two late. If you are due to complete a questionnaire and it has not arrived, just click 'next' for all the questions without answering and write that you were unable to complete this as the sample has not arrived.
