  • Yesterday I got accepted for 2 more trials, handcream and shower cream. That'll be 4 I am doing at the moment for them :)

I have exactly the same problem. Just had to log back in to answer nearly every question individually for a lipstick questionnaire ending today. I have emailed 3 times about it and now getting really fed up with it. To be honest, I can't be bothered with it.

Just accepted a trial for 'hot cloths' - no idea what that's all about as I didn't really read it carefully, but may well not bother doing the survey if they don't sort the website out.

Same thing happening to me, experienced the same when filling in a survey yesterday. Really annoying now.

I got invited for 2 trials the other day, its so annoying that they can't tell you straight away what its for so you can decide whether or not to go for them.

One trial was for a face wash and the other was for blemish gel. I didn't realise that I could only do one so accepted the gel and then lost the face wash! Don't know why I couldn't do both of them, they're totally different products after all.

I had the same problem filling in the lipstick questionaire, kept getting logged out. The other week I done a trial and went to fill in the 1st questionaire, there was one question which I answered. The following day I had a snotty e'mail from them, saying I had not filled in the questionaire and the terms state that the questionaire has to be completed on the day stated. I replied saying what had happened, but needless to say no reply from them. Recently got an e'mail to say if I was a smoker to go to my profile and fill in the toothpaste I use, which I did. For the following 7 days I had an e'mail from them telling me to fill in what toothpaste I use, the last from them was snotty and in capital letters, I had replied to each of their e'mails, god knows where they go as they don't seem to read them. Also fed up with fully completing my profile and it still stating incomplete. Wondering if they are now worth bothering with, seeing as though they must get paid for getting people to do the trials but never pay us, unlike Litmus who pay £4. for each questionnaire filled out on a product, so if a product requires you to answer 2 questionnaires you get £8. Clix customer care is absolute rubbish. Diane

I keep getting logged out on every occasion too! Its so frustrating!!

In the past week I have had no less then 35 invites from them! I log on to fine ONE trial left and then go to click on it....I'm logged out! I then go back and...trial gone!!

When you got to the trial, along the top theres a button that says something like trial details that tells you what the trial is for, Just wish I was offered more as I dont seem to get offered very many

Was wondering if anyone who tested the wipes for Alba (in the white packs, dont know if there was any other type) thinks they may be the new Clearasil range thats been revealed to be the 'big skin care mystery' campaign brand? The pack definitely looks the same, but I'm not sure if that's just a standard trial 'plain' pack we were sent? Still no idea what the handcream was.
